During my ten years of commercial sales experience with Bank of America (formerly NationsBank), I consistently demonstrated successful sales results by prospecting, cold calling, cross-selling, seeking referrals, and negotiating. As a Commercial Banking Team Leader I provided sales, service, and underwriting guidance to enhance the team’s business development goals and strategies. During the next five years, my entrepreneurial endeavor provided the opportunity to study Applied Psychology and enhance my presentation skills. My experience observing body language and facial expressions to anticipate apprehension allows me to mitigate concerns before they become objections. Over the last three years, I took these combined experiences and developed a Relationship Manager Training Program.
